What plans does G4 OS offer? +

Starter (free), Pro (โ‚น399/month), and Business (โ‚น1,499/month). See the full comparison at os.g4.business/pricing.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan? +

Yes. Go to Account โ†’ Subscription โ†’ Change Plan. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

What payment methods do you accept? +

UPI, credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking, and G4 wallet balance. International cards are also accepted.

How do I get a refund? +

We offer a 14-day no-questions-asked refund. Go to Account โ†’ Subscription โ†’ Request Refund, or email billing@g4.business with your order ID.

Are there annual plan discounts? +

Yes. Annual plans are billed at a 20% discount compared to monthly billing. Switch to annual from Account โ†’ Subscription โ†’ Billing Cycle.

Where can I find my invoices? +

All invoices are available in Account โ†’ Subscription โ†’ Invoice History. Each invoice can be downloaded as a PDF.
