Go to login page → click "Forgot password" → enter your email → check for a reset link. The link expires in 60 minutes. If you use SSO (Google/Microsoft), reset password on those platforms.
AI credits are consumed when using cloud AI features. 1 credit ≈ 1,000 tokens (roughly a 750-word input+output). Image generation costs 5 credits per image. On-device AI is completely free and does not consume credits. Credits reset on the 1st of each month.
Yes — through our built-in compatibility layer (Wine-based), many Windows applications run on G4 OS. For the best experience, we maintain a compatibility database at /compat. Steam games run well through Proton. Office 365 and other web apps work natively in the browser.
